Igor Ansoff founded Ansoff Associates (Asia) in 1990 as part of Ansoff Associates International.

Igor was recognized worldwide as the Pioneer and Father of Strategic Management. He was the first management guru to recognize the need for strategic planning for firms operating in the increasingly complex and turbulent environment.

Not only accredited with pioneering the concept of “Strategic Management”, Igor Ansoff has also been instrumental in the development of many other core management tools and concepts including Long Range Planning, Strategic Planning and Strategic Issue Management.

Besides earning his Doctorate at Brown University, he received 5 honorary doctorates in recognition of his contribution to the advances in strategic management from:
